Incoloy 800, a nickel-based alloy, is used to make strong pipes that are crafted to meet the demands of high temperature conditions. Despite having a low carbon content, Incoloy 800 Pipe is available in two different forms: Incoloy 800H and Incoloy 800HT. The chemistry is controlled in both variants. This indicates that the titanium and aluminium chemistry for Inconel 800h Seamless Pipe is constrained, and the carbon concentration is lower than grade 800.

However, there are restrictions on the chemistry of ASTM B407 Incoloy 800HT Hollow Pipe regarding the combined concentration of aluminium and titanium. The range for grade 800H is roughly 0.30 percent to 1.20 percent, but the range for UNS N08811 Rectangular Pipe is restricted to a minimum range of 0.85 percent to 1.20 percent. Both the corrosion resistance and the mechanical strength of 800h and Alloy 800ht Welded Pipe are altered by changing their chemical composition. For instance, the UNS N08810 Square Pipe will demonstrate features, such as creep and rupture strength, to a far greater extent.

The austenitic grade Incoloy 800 Seamless Pipe can exhibit strong resistance to thermal cycling temperatures because its microstructure is stable. These temperatures are quite high, and utilising a standard alloy could occasionally result in failure at such altitudes. In some steam generation plants, the use of ASME SB407 800 Incoloy Hexagonal Pipe is also well-liked. This is due to the alloy's chemical composition, which enables the WERKSTOFF NR. 1.4876 ERW Pipe to withstand issues like stress-related corrosion cracking. Due to its special combination of qualities, the UNS N08800 EFW Pipe is preferred by industries like power generation, nuclear power, and petrochemicals.
